Is a 53 suburban frame and a 53 short bed truck frame,The same dimensions?

The frames dimensions are identical except for the four rear body mounts, gas tank location/straps and the additional metal framing for the plywood. Another piece that you will have to swap from the suburban is the rear bumper brackets. If you are swapping frames and you don't have the additional pieces, you will have to retrieve them from the suburban frame before you set the body. I may have some pictures of a bare suburban frame that has the essential parts that I am referring to.

They are still in my camera and I have a few more pics to go. I will get them developed and send them to you. But you will have to wait. I just stripped the suburban n the last two weeks and got involved in some other projects. I will be getting back to it soon.
