Well I've just spent more on my burb in the past 3 months than I spent 5 years ago buying the burb! A motor and tranny out of a 69 chevy truck and last night I bought a Lokar shifter set up. I'm going to have my burb up and running by midsummer I hope. grin One of the things that got me motivated was finding out I could unbolt and drop the front running gear and replace it with later model front disc brake stuff. I like the way my burb looks but I also want to STOP when neccessary. I thought that I was going to have to buy an aftermarket setup. I don't have that kind of money!!! I'm not going to make too many changes to GM's original plan, famous last words right? grin
