this is a buddies 56 that I've been doin the final tiddling, fixin up the stuff done by a couple shops
not all to my taste [and I tell him so every time we're at it!], but turnin out pretty good
we got a 60-40 seat from an 89 GM pickup at the wrecker [88 up about the same] -
the first pics are the mounting brackets , which on the pu we got the seats from, had a short one to fit the center hump - we robbed a bracket from a similar loose seat at the wrecker to suit the flat TF floor and made up some spacers for final leveling - they fit the width quite well and the low back works great for looks from outside - reason the drivers seat is lower is the guy is taaaaall and wants to be able to see - we're gonna build some slide out storage boxes for underneath
would be similar for a TF pickup, but wouldn't need the big spacer on the pass side cuz the pu doesn't have the 'cap' like a panel does
