I don't know what its for and I'm not going to fill it or anything. I would just like to know what it was for. I don't know any of the history behind my truck other than I'm only the fourth owner of it since it was built, father to son to friend then me. Anybody have an idea of what it was for??
Thanks

The hole was for a cylinder that has a open, close slide, while on the roof is a vented hump shaped "lid". Air travels thru the vent into the cab, not real effective! | | | | Joined: Sep 2004 Posts: 221 Shop Shark | Shop Shark Joined: Sep 2004 Posts: 221 | To the escape hatch Robin! | | | | Joined: Jan 2004 Posts: 210 Member | Member Joined: Jan 2004 Posts: 210 | I've seen the roof vent deal too on AD panels. About 6 or 8 inches square?? I think it was used as an ambulance at some time.
