You might want to press out one of the rear pins and take it to a parts store to try to find a match. NAPA usually has a selection of pins.
There are some differences between the side-door and rear-door hinges; however, some of these differences might not affect function, just looks.
- The diameter of the pin is critical unless the side-door hinge is a little larger diameter and you plan to drill holes to fit the rear-door hinges (I think they are different but I am not certain).
- The lengths might be different, but if the diameters are the same, and the side-door hinge is longer, you could cut the pin to fit.
- The tops of the pins are different but this only affects looks - the top is not visible on the side-door hinge (more like a straight-sided pan head) but it is visible on the rear door hinge (more like a round-headed stove head).
- The bottoms of the pins are different but this only affects looks (and can hardly be seen) - the pin straight on the side-door hinge and tapered on the rear-door hinge.
If you are going to replace the rear-door hinges anyway, you might as well press them out and take them to a parts store. If you want (or have) to outer by mail and do not have a side-door pin for comparison, take out the rear door hinge, measure its dimensions, and call Chevy Duty or Jim Carter and check the sizes before you order. This will save you time (and an incorrect order), if the diameters and lengths are not workable.
By the way, I found it much more difficult to press out the rear-door hinges than the side-door hinges. Also, the rear-door hinge stuck to the thin metal of the top of the outer "brackets" and care must be taken so as to not catch and deform these.
