The suburban has a "jump seat" on the passenger side that bolts to a metal plate on the floor and tilts all the way forward allowing the passengers access to the rear. You would have to either remove the seat riser from the truck and replace the suburban riser or build up the floor to allow the wider truck seat. The cab width are the same and the seat measurement would not be a problem.
