| | | | | Joined: May 2006 Posts: 8,351 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: May 2006 Posts: 8,351 | I can't say for 100% certainty about GMC, but Chevy did have 2 body styles in '47. The early one was a carryover from the '46, the later being the same as '48-'53. There is also the possibilty that it could have been a leftover '46, sold in '47 and registered as such. That has been known to happen.
