I need a heater core for my 56 3100 - just in time for New England weathering.

I've checked all of the usual catalogs and can't seem to find one... any leads of where to go to get one?

Thanks!

THE FILLING STATION lists heater cores in their catalog. I've also seen a Generic Heater unit if you're interested, but it may not fit your 56.

Anyway, good luck.

Trust me, it looks a lot better in those pictures than it does in person wink

LB, After visiting 3 radiator shops that do
alot of re-coring, I finally found one that knew
where to order the original type core from...They
re-cored it for $75...Many of them don't want to
be bothered, so they try to tell you the core
is no longer available...Bill B

Bill: Can you let me know where that shop was. I have a heater coming and am sure it will need a core

Kip, The shop is located in Utica, Mi. on
Mound rd. 1/2 mile north of M-59...Hopefully, if I
remember correctly the name is American Radiator...
I have every bill on parts for My truck, but
never added them up...Don't want to KNOW ! Bill B
