John, Looks like they are 10-32 oval head phillips. Overall length is 1 1/8",threaded part is 1 inch. Longer is NO Good,It will dent the stainless from the back side,Dont Ask. If you can only get longer ones,cut them down Regards,steve sr.
I just installed mine and used #10-32 oval heads x 1 1/8" long per the previous post. I found some stainless screws at my local hdwr store and put a nut on em and ground them to length - then removed the nut to clear the threads. I think I installed those clips correctly (but I ain't sure) I used them to cover the gap between the RH and LH inner windscreen trim (upr & lwr). Anyone have a picture of these installed correctly? I had same thing happen. Glass man put wrong screws in! Buying one from fellow stovebolter. Parts wanted worked great! So quetion is is 10 32 1 1/8 correct size or do they need ground down.
