For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Sep 2003 Posts: 181 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Sep 2003 Posts: 181 | I just got home with my new tank. It is a 35 gallon aluminum tank that came out of a boat. It even has a working 12 volt send unit in it! And I got it for 25 bux! It is 19 inches high, 17 inches wide and 24 inches long. It doesn't have any holes or leaks and not even any dents. It should work perfect for a saddle tank for my flatbed and the tank behind the seat can go to the scrap heap. (Unless any of you want it?)

I'm running a poly marine tank in my "other truck".....less expensive than a steel tank, no corrosion problems but you may have to box it in to protect it from FOD. BTW....your webshots link isn't working! Might want to check it out. | | | | | Joined: Sep 2003 Posts: 181 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Sep 2003 Posts: 181 | I let my webshots account expire. I wasn't using it and I have been gone from the Stovebolt Page for about 2 years. Just came back this week. Been a rough couple of years, just now getting back to work on the truck. I haven't figured out how to take that link off my signature line yet... Peg? A little help here? There are a few pics in the gallery though. 62 C-30 flatbed David

I have a 30 gallon tank in my truck - located where the spare tire use to be. It sure is good to have that much gas to travel on!
PS - Re: Removing that link, click on the my profile link at the top-right of this page ... then click on edit my profile ... you'll be able to remove it from there.
