Yes, it does. There's a complete section of the bed assembly part of the book that covers the Cameo bed. There's also other pages that are Cameo specific. I would definetly suggest that you get one, in addition to the standard shop manual (there's a Cameo bed breakdown there, too) for the most info on the truck.
