I've been thinking about Eaton springs, but they're $500 a pair. Anybody tried JC Whitney, and care to share your experience? For $100 (each), they're hard to argue...

I took my springs to a local spring shop to be re-arched for about $50 a spring including tax and I didn't have to pay shipping.

We had the front rebuilt on the 47 for about $225, but thats for a big bolt. I would think that a smaller truck would be cheaper. Just make sure you can send them back if they dont fit right.

Hey Beaver, sorry I didn't answer sooner. We just got back from Nashville.

That was at Fort Worth Champion Spring. They are at 1117 Henderson downtown. 817 332 2115

They re-arched and added one spring to the fronts for $100. Re-arched and removed 2 leaves from the rear $87. With tax $195.25.
