Does anyone know if any Chevy 6 lug brake drum can be used to replace them? thanks | | | | | Joined: May 2001 Posts: 7,438 Extreme Gabster | | Extreme Gabster Joined: May 2001 Posts: 7,438 | The hubs are riveted to the brake drums. I assume you mean there are no brake drums on it. But you confuse me asking if any 6-lug rim can replace them.
Any ½-ton drum from '51-59 should work. Later ones may work but someone else will have to confirm. | | | | | Joined: May 2006 Posts: 8,351 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: May 2006 Posts: 8,351 | If it's just the drum, they're the same to '70. The hub I'm not too sure about.
