I'm going to have to replace it. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement for it? This is the crossmember with the Steel gossets.

People trying to sell frames don't seem to get much for them, and I'm sure it would be less work to clean up another frame than to swap that crossmember.
And if you can't get a complete frame you may be able to get a used crossmember the same way.
