Most of the weatherstrip is still there...at least enough to seal the doors if they would close completely. When thee're shut, you can still push and pull and get about 1/4 inch play back and forth. the latches and hinges are in good shape. move the lock plate in a smidgeon...It sure won't take much to eat up that 1/4...The other alternative
