the horn on my 65 suburban is mounted on the drivers side of the radiator support, just above and alittle outboard of the voltage regulator, its hard to miss with the hood open. the horn relay is under the horn on the inboard side of the horn itself. I bought this truck in 1969, w/ 23,000 miles on it, so i assume this is the correct position for the horn, and my shop manual wiring schematic seems to show the same. i did replace my original horn, years ago with a set of dual horns, in the same place.
