Just replaced door gaskets on my 1953 chevy 3100. Changed them because only parts of them were there and old. Doors were loose and maybe not lined up to begin with. I took the doors off to clean them up. Need some info help in getting them lined up again. They are installed right. How much and which way is the adjustments? What should I look for? Thanks

Always, Always mark the bolt locations before removing them! That way you have a reference when reinstalling them and don't have to ask this question. I'm not putting you down because you are far from being the first to make this mistake. That also applies to the hood, decklid and anything else you remove with the intent to reinstall.

That's the first thing I did before I removed each door. The doors were re-attached according to the markings. The doors line up the same way before the removal. They just won't close all the way.
