I think I have it all wired right and it runs but I haven't seen even a blip on the guage. Any ideas? Brian

Then a resistor in there to drop the voltage. Be nice to know if the gauge works at all. Assuming wired all right means its electric. Mine sometimes reads and sometimes doesn't and I think its the wire connecting to the sender. | | | | Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 2,832 'Bolter | 'Bolter Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 2,832 | A safer way might be to use a test light to make sure the "Bat" or "Ign" side is getting voltage, then ground the "sender" side. The needle should go all the way to hot.
