I'm torn between getting a Sanden conversion kit and having to convert the old hoses too (which could be expensive) or finding another York. Any advice?

Those are easy to put a seal kit in. After you take the bolt out you screw a bolt in the center of the hub its either a 9/16 or 5/8 coarse thread That pops off the clutch. The rest is simple.
