Have you replaced any sheetmetal? Is the core support straight? Are you having trouble lining it up to the striker or to a fender or both fenders or to the cowl or is it sitting too high in the back or is it not sitting high enough in the back or is it sitting to low in the front or too high in the front. You help us & we'll help you. Guys this isn't a one size fits all problem. I've aligned a lot of doors, fenders & hoods over the years and I'd love to try to help you but I need to know where to start.

Had the same problem. That is when I found out the bolts for the hood are designed for the hood. Other bolts even though they look similar will not work or at least wouldn't in my case. Look at old original pictures of these trucks and some of the finest show rigs out there and the hood alignment is not perfect. I loved one person's comment here, "This is why I always show my truck with the hood up." Read the instructions, find some patience and spend some lengthly quality time with your truck.
