Hi,

What is correct seat color for a chevy 3800 series 1 ton, dually - Black / Maroon or Black/Brown?

VIN # 6HSk2192

Original paint while quite faded appears to be yellow.

Thanks
Boom!!

Boom,

Jim Carter says " Black/Maroon " This was most likely the same for the imitation leather standard upholstery and the optional leather upholstery.

Jim Carter is usually (but not always) correct with upholstery colors.

Boom -- I vote with Tim. My all-original, unrestored '49 3800 has a maroon seat.

I think ur right. Found some traces of old fabric on the springs....faded and dusty but appears to be black with maroon,

Any idea where I can find some seat cushion springs or is that a lost cause?
