| | | | Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 28 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 28 | Hi everyone. I'm restoring my Grandfathers pickup for my Dad. Only he doesn't know it's for him!! Dad's already in his 70's, so I'm trying to make it easy for him to drive.
Dropping in a 350 for ease and reliabilty. Power Disc's, maybe A/C?
Question is, the radiator needs a new core, and they want $400+ locally. I can buy a Chevy radiator easy enough, but the GMC radiator is different from the Chevy, taller and narrower.
Any ideas?? Does anyone make a new radiator for the GMC. Or maybe an aluminum one...Preferably with a built in tranny cooler? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks. | | |
