My question is are there any different driveshaft yokes that will fit with my new t-5 from an s-10 pickup. I got the trans bolted up to the back of the 235 in my 1961 p/u. I went to the junk yard the other day to find a driveshaft yoke off an s-10 and couldn't find anything with a t-5 that had not allready been stripped. so are there any other transmissions that have the same output shaft as mine so I can pull the yoke from another type of car.And this this brings up Question nomber two. Are all these yokes the same on the driveshaft side? Best bet is your local driveline shop. They should have the T5 yoke in stock and they aren't that expensive.
The only difference in yokes I am aware of is either internal or external snap ring location.
