Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Jan 2006 Posts: 43 Member | | Member Joined: Jan 2006 Posts: 43 | i just got my truck back on sunday after being at bodymans garage for 5 months its a 52 3100 which was pulled out of a barn in north ga. after sitting for 20 years. we took a 1973 chevy 1/2 ton rails shortened and narrowed and put the 52 on them. now i have a 350 motor,auto trans,power steering and brakes. i would of loved to had keep it original but she was in real bad shape.i'm gonna try to keep her as original in apperance as possible. i've ordered most of the parts i need to put her back together but i'll need some help the next couple weeks.thanks in advance

| | | | | Joined: Jan 2006 Posts: 43 Member | | Member Joined: Jan 2006 Posts: 43 | it was alot of work but here in the mountains ya gotta use whats close by,being the nearest big town is 2 hours away.the body is done and sitting on its new rails im putting on all new hardware that i couldn't reuse.i do have a question about the vent windows where would i find the post that connects the handle/lock to the window or could i make one.what would it look like?
