It distresses me too, to see all the bad spelling but, at least he has enough drive to try out his site. If John and Peg had never started this one we would still be searching the web or other places for the great information that we get right here.
47Chevy, a spell checker is in order and good luck with the site. | | | | | Joined: Jan 2005 Posts: 1,682 Extreme Gabster | | Extreme Gabster Joined: Jan 2005 Posts: 1,682 | Ok.. honest suggestions..
#1 Break down and spend the $9 or less it costs to register a domain name.
#2: Break down and spend the $6 or so a month it costs to get a real hosting account.
#3: Use something other than 'Web Easy Professional' to build the site.. better yet, buy a nice $49 template and pay some 6th grader to install it for you.
People don't want to battle with sluggish free server hosted sites that bombard them with popups and advertising.. especially when there are several other sites out there that have more content, look much nicer, and are on 'real' servers.
Looking at that page reminds me of one of the first sites I ever visited.. in Mosaic.. in DOS.. with a 9600 baud modem.. in 1993.
