Ok, MY donor truck that was supposed to be a 61, turns out to be a 63..... anyway. My question. It's a 62 C10, with inline 6. im swapping to 350 and trying to keep the same tranny. CAn i buy a set of 63 side mounts, and mount them to the truck? Would this work, or should i still be looking for a correct year truck. Im still gettiong the 63, and should be able to use many parts off of it, because it has a V8 in it.
