A place called The Truck Shop out of orange, california sells them. The part # is 47-06503 for a stainless steel front fender bolt kit for a 47-54 pickup. www.truckandcarshop.com

Jim Carter and others used to resell kits from Totally Stainless.

Totally Stainless also sells the recessed-head front fender bolts/washers in anodized black stainless steel (but not in a kit - you order what you need). Some people believe that the original front-fender to inner-fender bolts were either blackened steel or painted-black steel.

If you want SS hardware kits or SS bolts/nuts/washers for any vehicle, you ought to check out the Totally Stainless catalog. They also have hard/strong SS bolts for intake/exhaust manifolds.
