The only thing I have done is replace the covering on the seat, new radiatior, water pump, brake drum cylinders, muffler, and battery. It has 66,100 original miles on it. Oringinal paint, etc. in very good condition for its age. The bed boards have been replaced by the original owner, but the spare under the bed is the original. I have replaced the rear main seal and the oil pan gasket, but other than that, it is in good shape.
My question is, how much cleaning and restoration should I do on this truck or should I leave it as original as possible? I do not have the $$$ to do a frame off, but I want to preserve it as best I can and still enjoy it. It is stored in a heated basement garage, so the weather is not a problem.
Advice and suggestions are welcome. Thanks.

sounds like you've done all that's needed, so just take normal good care w/ it and if you really want to keep it 'pristine' as long as possible, drive it 'regularly' but don't put a lot of miles on it - one of the worst things for a vehicle is to sit for extended periods, it lets seals dry out, grease migrate to the bottom of things, sludge to set up in the pan and top end, etc

An "all original" vehicle has everything it left the factory with. There are very few all original 50 year old vehicles. Yours has been maintained to original specifications. It would be called a "stock" truck.
I'd recommend keeping the same trend going. Replace parts as necessary. Of course the bottom line is: It's your truck. You need to decide what you want from the truck. If you just want to use it for week-end cruises and the like you'd probably want to keep it stock. If you want to use it for a daily driver you might want to make some safety upgrades.
