Hey, i have a 1965 chevy half ton, with a 283, and a powerglide transmission. The body is in pretty rough shape, but there is hardly any rust. What do u think would be a good asking price for my truck?

I recently watched as a friend couldn't get $100 for a '63 with a rough body. It's hard to put a price on it without seeing it up close.

Take lots of pictures and offer it on eBay. The market will tell you what it's worth.

also go out to the traderonline site and have a look. That will help you ball park the value of the truck. Or pick up a truck trader rag in your neck of the woods. Trucks vary also by region. I think Texas has the biggest pickup market in the USA.
