I have a 49chev 1/2ton shortbed and a 47gmc 1/2 ton longbed,I want to build a shortbox out of the gmc since its more complete but some people tell me because of the longer motor in th gmc I cant just swap front sheet metal and motor etc. need help? any thoughts? thanx for being here this site has been more help learning about these trucks than anything else, since this is my first stovebolt I cant seem to get off this site!
