that would be a 1ton - if it's a decent runnin, drivin truck and you've got a use for one like it, might be worth that, but more than I'd pay - if it needs much mechanical work, like brakes, steering, engine rebuild, it's way overpriced IMO
w/ the usual rotten hinge pockets, there'll likely be other rotten spots - rear cab corners, floor area at front cab mounts, lower rear of fenders, headlight brows, bottom of doors - if you have some welding skill [or can afford to hire it done] the rust is fixable, and patch panels are available for all those places
