My 1954 half ton driver's side vent window glass is cracked but still in place. I bought a replacement glass for it but have no idea how to get the old glass out and the new glass in. Any suggestions?

Go to the Paint and Body Shop forum, and using the search feature in the upper right, search using "vent window glass"...more info than anyone could ever need! Good Luck.
