§ 9.42. DEADLY FORCE TO PROTECT PROPERTY. A person is
justified in using deadly force against another to protect land or
tangible, movable property:
(1) if he would be justified in using force against the
other under Section 9.41; and
(2) when and to the degree he reasonably believes the deadly force is immediately necessary:
(A) to prevent the other's imminent commission of arson, burglary, robbery, aggravated robbery, theft during the
nighttime, or criminal mischief during the nighttime; or
(B) to prevent the other who is fleeing
immediately after committing burglary, robbery, aggravated
robbery, or theft during the nighttime from escaping with the
property; and
(3) he reasonably believes that:
(A) the land or property cannot be protected or
recovered by any other means; or
(B) the use of force other than deadly force to
protect or recover the land or property would expose the actor or
another to a substantial risk of death or serious bodily injury.

the other shots are of my under pass bed gas tank, 16 gallon w/ the old cab filler turned 180 and welded to a plate. this mounts to the passenger side, in front of the rear fender, below wood skirting. there is room for a 2'' hose to connect the filler spout to the tank inlet neck.

well I see many grate ideas one that i have found works well is a product called PZO it is a speaker that puts out a high frequncy that cosis pane and has been known to paraliss it can be atached to any car alrm. the only problem is there are about 3 state you can buy it.

"Line Lock" from Hurst. It's what drag racers use to lock their front tires. Step on the brakes, hit the button, the front brakes lock.
Pull the car in forward, lock the front brakes. Theif isn't looking for a hidden Line Lock switch.
About $100 from Summit or Jegs, and relatively easy to install.

This has been posted before, but according to professional car thieves that were being interviewed by one of the TV news magazines (60 Min., 20-20, or Dateline), the most effective device was a delayed fuel shut off valve. They said a car that had no outward appearing alarms, club. chains, etc. but would die on them when they got onto a public street was one they immediately had to abandon because one just couldn't stick around with a stolen car. Might cost the owner a wrecker and pound fee but that's better than a total loss.

...leave a post-it note on the steering wheel saying "dont forget to get gas!"....price of fuel should be a good deterrent...

If you use an electric fuel pump - just pull the fuse.. 1 float bowl of fuel and it ain't going anywhere.
I've often thought of building a 100KV capacitive discharge power supply - if someone messes with the vehicle they get 100kv up the *** from 2 probes in the drivers seat. It won't kill em but they won't stay in the truck long...

I needed a good laugh. The winners were:
1)Horn alarm INSIDE the cab.
2)Electrified car seat.
3)Electronically activated cherry bomb.

Laugh out loud funny:
A .22 round used as a fuse. Instant vascectomy. Probably a good thing if the guy doesn't go on to produce progeny.
