Any one ever ordered floor pans and toe boards from chevy duty parts and do they seem OK? So many choices out there I would rather trust the past customers.

The parts I purchased were not what I would call a good fit for over $800. I replaced floors, braces, toeboard, inner and outer cowls, rear cab corners, fab'd rear floors and cab back at floor area between cab corners. The inner cab corners were short, I had to reorder elsewere, the inner cowl peices were no where near fitting the curve into the floor, had to cut off bottom add and reshape. Outer full cowls were good, floor left and right seemed ok but the transmission pan did not fit after assembly, about 3/4" wide, toe board was ok, inner to outer cowl panels had to be extensively reshaped. Yah will be good with metal when done, but it gets you close, better than nothing. If I were to do again I think I would try Bitchin Street rod flooring which does not include cowl parts or look for a rust free cab. Zeke

I think all the vendors sell the same panels, the only difference is some come gray and some black. I find the black ones to be better fit and quality. I had much the same problems as you. Then also I think you will find the holes in the toeboard do not line up exactly where they should be when you go to reassemble the truck.

The inner cowls come with a shape that has the same small radius at the front and back, next to the floor. The problem here is the required shape has a small radius at the front and a large more irregular curve around the inside of the door post. I would imagine that this was a short cut in the shaping process, and that they stack very nicely for shipping!

I have used patch panels from several sources. The inner cowls I got from Chevy Duty did not fit at the bottom front where they connect to the floor but with a little hammer work and a small splice panel it works fine. If you expect these panels to fit exact then you will be disappointed. Most will take a bit of custom fitting to make to work. When they do fit just right you should enjoy it but also take a minute to look again as you might have it in wrong.

As for your inner corners, they make two heights. The full height are for full replacements while the 4 inchers are for splicing into what is left of your old inner corners.

The inner to outer cowl panel I got for the right side had to be cut in half, reshaped and rewelded to make it work.
