After reading your posts for a few years I decided to write. I'm building a 50 chevy pickup hot rod. The job always takes longer then you think. Befor restro can start,my lovely wife and I built a new house, plus a great shop.I now have a place to work. The truck is completly taken apart. New I.F.S,power rack, four bar rear,72 nova rear end in and powder coated. It looks killer. After takeing 3 or4 years to make up my mind,I went the hot rod route, not stock. I,m looking for tail lights to set in a rear roll pan. any help would be great. Keep up the great messages.

Welcome!

Check the for sale section of the message board, or post a "parts wanted" listing in there.. somebody around here probably has what your looking for, or knows where to get it!

eBay is another good place to check.. lots of good NOS and pulls pop up on there often.

If factory new is your bag, the links section has a directory of websites listed by catagory.

Even tho i'm personally not down with the rod route, I always enjoy seeing pics of projects to see how they come together.. so POST SOME PICS, MAN!

an idea is only stupid if you think about it rationally.

Welcome to the 'bolt.

As fumblin46 points out, you'll get better response if you post requests for parts down in the Swap Meet
