on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 36 Junior Member | | Junior Member Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 36 | Can anyone post a pic of a 54 Chevy Truck Radio? Were the radios push button or a tune knob? I would like to find an old radio to put in my 54 Chevy. Have an e-mail address at home of a guy who is supposed to have 3 or 4 radios for 54 if you want. | | | | | Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 36 Junior Member | | Junior Member Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 36 | That would be great if you could give that email to me thanks Greg | | | | | Joined: Aug 2001 Posts: 1,300 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Aug 2001 Posts: 1,300 | | | | | | Joined: Sep 2001 Posts: 29,270 Bubba - Curmudgeon | | Bubba - Curmudgeon Joined: Sep 2001 Posts: 29,270 | RHuddle56, The knobs are not correct in the image below (they should be black), but this is what the 1954/55-1st radio looks like with speaker. Also, the mounting bracket is not shown. Try to get the mounting bracket, if you are lucky enough to find a 1954 truck radio that you can afford (they seem to sell on eBay for up to $200 in non-working order).
