Can anyone post a pic of a 54 Chevy Truck Radio? Were the radios push button or a tune knob? I would like to find an old radio to put in my 54 Chevy. Thanks

http://community.webshots.com/user/greg_h It doesn't have the speaker mount bracket on it and no there are no pushbuttons. Have an e-mail address at home of a guy who is supposed to have 3 or 4 radios for 54 if you want.

RHuddle56,

The knobs are not correct in the image below (they should be black), but this is what the 1954/55-1st radio looks like with speaker. Also, the mounting bracket is not shown. Try to get the mounting bracket, if you are lucky enough to find a 1954 truck radio that you can afford (they seem to sell on eBay for up to $200 in non-working order).
