I made a cool discovery. The property I bow hunt in Wisconsin is owned by an older couple, he was a sharpshooter in the Pacific Theatre in WWII, anyway we were talking last week, after I harvested a beautiful ten pointer, and I let him know I had a 55 first series. He informed me that in his barn he has a 1950 GMC with only 36,000 original miles, no rust and no leaks and drives great. He said he was going to have it repainted this spring.
Well of course I didn't have my digital camera with me but I will be returning to take pictures and share with everyone.
I just thought is was cool to stumble on the GMC in the barn, it seems that those findings are getting rare.

We have been spoiled with Coach Alvarez over the years and the teams. I hope they can run the table and get some serious national championship attention.

See if the guy will give you a little history on the truck and you some details on the find (like in your post) and we can include them somewhere in here ... where they'll stay a while. (Maybe Norse can find an interesting theme song to go with this ??)
