When fully warmed oil pressure drops to 0 at idle. Line from top of filter goes to rear of engine (oil pressure t-fitting); lower line goes to forward location. Any suggestions?

The oil filter is hooked up correc ly. Plug off the line going in & see if that changes the pressure. If its still low you have serious engine problems. Try useing a heavy weight oil.

My opinion on this, weak as it might be, is that there is air in the oil pressure gage line.... when the actual engine oil pressure drops below the pressure of the air in the gage line, it equals out and the gage pressure drops to or near zero... the engine should still be getting some oil to it, otherwise it would sieze up...
