I have the original speedo cable, but it was for my SM-320 3-speed trans. and I upgraded to the SM-420 4-speed Trans.
How do I go about picking the correct one. The T&C Shop has 2 availble:
68" long with plastic Housing $11.00
70" long with metal Housing $22.00
Anyhelp is great as always.

Just some food for thought:
I was told by a speedometer specialist that the plastic housings are better than the metal. The plastic is smooth the total length of the cable instead of spiraled like a metal one, which creates a smoother turning of the inner cable, no chance of rusting, and they are less expensive.
