I have a buddy at work who is looking for a 1936 Cadillac LaSalle Transmission. Anyone have any ideas on where to look to find something like this?

Thanks,
Chris

Pick up a copy of Hemming's Motor News. If there's one available anywhere, one of their advertisers should have it listed, or know of a supplier.

I looked throught the list, saw a lot of possibilities but no transmissions. There is a want ad for one, you may contact him and see if he got some leads that may work for you. Good luck

Does it have to be a '36? Is this for a resto or a rod project? I have some '38's (side shift)available. I don't have any '37's (floor shift) for sale right now. They are very hard to find, but I think the gears all interchange through the early '50's.
