I've been searching around on the internet for a set of reproduction or original Anodized Aluminum headlight bezels, like the original ones for my '63. The only thing I find are chrome steel ones. I just got a hold of a NOS aluminum grill and I don't want to put chrome steel on it. Do any of you know of a company correctly reproducing these, or do any of you have a nice set that you would part with? Thanks for your help!

Just built a new house too. The tranny swap isn't going to be cheap, and I just ordered a power disc brake conversion kit at a little over a grand. I better save where I can. Really though, how could anyone justify 80 bucks plus shipping for those 2 little pieces. I think they are making an absolute killing on that part. They probably don't sell too many of them either.

You got a deal on that grille, I saw one on ePay for a 64-66 go for $650 a coupla months ago. Some folks don't seem to have a budget.I know about the spending diet, its tough to find the extra cash. The kit I got was from MasterPower brakes in Mooresville,NC which is not too far from where I live. The 700R is getting beefed up and a shift kit added. I still gotta go take off the cross member from a donor '71 and the swap won't take place until right after Christmas. My wife wanted me to buy a new Chevy king cab Z71 and we went and looked at them but I like my '63 much better. I just gotta modernize the drive train and I'll be set.

My 64 is new or rebuilt from ground up, if I can ever get paint on it I can drive it again, but it rode & drove like a new one w/discs,PS,700R4,etc. You will love the OD.
