Is it required to compress the springs to install them in the rear? Or do they fit right in when you lift the truck up? The fronts look quite a bit more difficult. Just me and a jack.
I also replaced all the hardware with new grade 8 and installed an adjustable panhard bar. The adjustable panhard bar is a MUST if going 4" or more.
Not sure about the front...my buddy did that for me when he installed the drop spindles, discs, sway bar, etc. | | | | | Joined: Jul 2004 Posts: 46 Junior Member | | Junior Member Joined: Jul 2004 Posts: 46 | ok that gets me through the back i am planning a 4 inch drop in the back and 2 inch drop in the front. That should equal out the ride height. Does anyone know if you have to take a control arm off or anything special to get the spring in their? It doesnt look like the spring will fit right in there? thanks! | | |
