my brother has a 52 and is making a drag truck for his body shophe is dumping the frame motor tranny and rear what if any will fit my 42 any thoughts

Does the engine run?

Is it a 216 or was it swapped out? If I had to make a guess, a 52 would have a better chance of having a swapped out full pressure 235..if not, the 216 in there will be worth having around for a spare.

Rims, Tranny..carb, generator, and stuff under the hood is worth keeping.

Heck..I'm a pack rat...I keep almost everything anyway..

he drove the truck home when we went to get it i was in ga to see mom and dad and he said i found this old truck want to go look at it.i live in wva now but am in ga at least 3 to 4 times a year.its a 216 what if any to put it in my 42
