For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Sep 2001 Posts: 466 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Sep 2001 Posts: 466 | Just got the new issue if TRUCK BUILDER magazine. They have the best picture to picture how-to articles! This month, one piece windshield in early AD trucks AND door latches in AD trucks. WOW! I wish the other two magazines (CT and CCT both by the same co.) would do a better job at how-to articles. Maybe they will start doing more with one of their mags. I like the pretty trucks but it would be really cool if they showed more pictures of the before and during of each. I'm interested in more info on Truck Builder mag. Do they have a website? Any info would be appreciated. I am always adding tech info to my arsenal of truck resto goodies. I have utilized the tech articles from CPP to do the power steering and power brake upgrade on my '66, C-10. I found them to be very informative, however I agree with you that they need to address some of the minor details a bit better with pics and/or illustrations. The key to doing these upgrades is in the details and your individual ingenuity, however it is nice to have the play-by-play info as well | | | | | Joined: Jun 2000 Posts: 2,773 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Jun 2000 Posts: 2,773 |

The how-to articles in the mag always show 30 or 40 sequential photos of the project. That helps me a lot! The mag cost a little more and comes every-other month but well worth it!
Look on the news stand?
