I have transplanted a 700r4 into the truck and I am needing to get the driveshaft cut to fit and I want to be sure about the yoke. I have dropped the front 3.5" and 4" in the back. I don't know if the lowering makes a diff.

(measure from the yoke to the rear of the tranny) You will want to have at least 3/4 to 1 inch away from the bottoming out of the tranny output shaft to the inside of the slip-yoke
