Hey guys,
I was wondering if there are any diffrences in the seats from a 1956 chevy and a 1961 GMC? I need a seat for my 56 4400, and plan on parting out my 61 gmc. But I want the seat to appear correct in the 56.

It may be too wide, grab a tape & check, but IMO it would appear "correct"

2nd that opinion on the width. I have a seat out of a '63/'64 I wanted for my '56 & it's about 4" wider. Interferes with the doors so they wont close.

I dig all cars, old and new, whether they were hammered out of American iron, German steel, or Japanese tin cans. Being unable to appreciate them all is missing out on a world of great things.
But thats just MY opinion!
