does anyone have any ideas on getting a sound deadener on the inside of the doors, there isn`t much of an opening to work through, also I wouldn`t want to mess up the window track, the only thing i can think of is a paint type that you could put in then roll the door to spead it out, just like lining a gas tank. the narrow rolls of peel n seal can be cut to length wrestled in and pasted on the outer skin, or you might try the cans of low expansion spray foam ... practice a bit to see how much to apply
