Are those things supposed to come out? Sheesh...I got nuthin'. Didn't want to strip them so figgered I'd ask first.

Should these screws just come out?

(I am figuring that they must have come off at one time since there are different mirrors bolted onto the door.)

Are you talking about the screws holding the door panel in place around the perimeter? If so, they have a capture nut in the door shell. Sometimes they strip out or the capture nut breaks free from the door shell and spins freely. In this case, you can drill them out and tap the hole. They are designed to come out, however they get pretty tight if they have not been taken out in some time and hit with some WD40. Good luck with your project.
