I will have to send it out to have them placed. Labor cost is about $35 to $45 an hour here in Tennessee, but you live on on the left coast where everything cost more. Price you pay for 365 days of "top down" weather.

for what it's worth, when fresh and adjusted, the stock latches work well. they're relatively inexpensive, easy to get, and easy to change out in my opinion.
